Refund Policy

This policy applies to the editorial link building and SEO services provided by Diversis Digital d.o.o. (trading as Point Visible), Varaždin, Croatia, EU, to its business clients (B2B). It forms part of the order terms agreed at engagement.

What we guarantee

We guarantee the quality bar of every deliverable, never rankings, traffic, or AI-citation outcomes. Concretely:

• Every placement domain is pre-approved by you before we pitch it.
• Every placement site meets our published verified-traffic and relevance criteria.
• Every live placement is monitored daily.

Replacement guarantee

If a placement is removed or de-linked within 12 months of going live, we replace it with an equivalent placement at no additional cost. If we cannot deliver an equivalent replacement, we refund the price of that placement.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround for a monthly set of placements is 30 days from domain approval. If we cannot deliver an approved placement, you are not charged for it.

What is not refundable

Delivered placements that remain live and meet the pre-approved criteria are not refundable, including in the event of ranking or traffic fluctuations. Outcomes depend on factors outside any vendor's control, and we never sell outcomes.

Your statutory rights

Our services are provided to business clients. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights that apply to business clients under Croatian and EU law.
