The process · every engagement

Nothing gets pitched without your sign-off.

If you've bought links before and regretted it, this page is for you. Here are the four steps of every engagement, at full depth, and the four things we refuse to do at any price.

01

Fresh discovery: we start from zero, on purpose.

There is no inventory list at Point Visible. When you start, we research a new set of target publications for your niche (trade publications, industry magazines, resource hubs), including outlets that don't sell placements at all and only run contributions their editors actually want.

Starting from zero is slower than selling from a catalog. It's also the point: 85.3% of guest-post-marketplace sites rate low quality, and a ready-made list means your links come from the same pool your competitors buy from. We also cap how often any single domain is reused across clients, so your link profile stays yours.

  • New prospect list researched for every engagement, never resold
  • Trade publications that don't sell placements are in scope
  • Domain-reuse caps across clients, no shared footprint
  • Sites qualify on real organic traffic, never DR alone
02

You pre-approve: every candidate arrives with evidence.

Before we pitch anything, the candidate list comes to you. Each domain arrives with its verified organic traffic, audience geography, and a plain-English note on topical fit. You approve, pass, or ask questions. Nothing is pitched without your sign-off.

Your actual approval view: every domain clears it before outreach starts.

03

We earn the placement: editors say yes on merit.

The publications worth being on have editors who reject most of what reaches their inbox. So every pitch is researched and specific, and the content is expert-grade, written to pass real editorial review, not to slip past it.

AI is our research engine: prospecting, qualification, fit-scoring. Every pitch is written and approved by a human before it goes out. That's the work AI engines actually reward: earned editorial coverage accounts for 84% of AI-engine citations, against 0.3% from paid catalogs.

  • Guest posts and listicle inserts on qualifying publications
  • Link insertions, including on pages that already rank
  • Broken-link building and resource-page placements
  • Brand-mention conversion: existing coverage of you, turned into links

Each of these placement types is broken down, with its quality bar, on the link building services page.

04

Monitored & measured: the work is watched after it ships.

Placement is where most vendors stop. It's where our monitoring starts: every live link is verified daily, and any link that drops within 12 months is replaced free. That guarantee has been invoked twice, and honored both times. Industry-wide, 66.5% of links built between 2013 and 2024 are now dead. Ours are watched.

Measurement runs on the same schedule: your AI-citation baseline is re-run quarterly, a fixed prompt set against ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with model versions logged. You see movement against your baseline. We report movement, not attribution: outcomes are reported, never promised.

The refusals

What we refuse to do, at any price.

The fastest way to judge a link builder is by what they turn down.

Anchor-text stuffing

No exact-match anchor schedules. Forced anchors are the most obvious footprint a link profile can carry: they turn assets into liabilities.

Velocity packages

No "20 links by the 30th" bundles. Real editorial calendars don't run on invoice dates. A promised velocity guarantees cut corners.

Promised rankings

We never promise rankings. Nobody controls Google's or an AI engine's output. Anyone who says otherwise is pricing in your risk, not theirs.

Undisclosed recycled catalogs

No reselling one site list to every client. If an agency can hand you an inventory list on day one, you're buying from a catalog, the kind AI engines cite 0.3% of the time.

Every one of these refusals costs us revenue. They're also why 11 of 11 sample placements are still live, re-verified July 2026.
